Good quality is not just from inspection process, but more from management and manufacturing process.
We have established  integral quality control system from material coming, sampling, pre-press, post-process,
assembling to final packing. 

All incoming raw materials are inspected and tested to ensure that they reach the quality standard for each project.

Each samples is checked and well packed before sending to customers.

Our in-house testing lab is the defence of our quality assurance. Our lab does various testing for each new products
at the sampling stage to ensure that the materials, manufacturing and final packing is problem-free.

Pre-production meeting with collaboration of Sales, CSR, Engineer, Production and QC team is held for each new project.
Challenging points and special issues are discussed and outlined before mass production starts.

Operation manual for each assembling position is set up, printed and placed onto the board at each working position.
Each worker is well trained how to do the job properly at the first time by the team leader before offical work starts.

Our QC inspectors are on-site of assembling lines to monitor the quality during assembling process. 

Problems are shot at early stage and improved actions are taken immediately.
